Not a kingslayer
To start off, I'm not a fan of this. Compared to Club de Nuit Intense Man Eau de Toilette , this is much more natural smelling and not so synthetic. However, this is far from aventus imo. Aventus features pineapple, black currant and little bit of bergamotte. The fruitiness is in the opening and transitions to a smoky birch drydown.
This opens with a strong ambery citrus with little hint of fruitiness (the same amber that is present in all of dossiers offering), and dries down to even more ambery bath cleaning product. This fragrance transitions once after 30 min. The dry down is really a let down. No black currant, no birch, lots of amber that (i assume) is suppose to imitate smokiness. The best part is the opening that last 30 min.
In EU it is 49EUR/50ml! This is at best inspired by but not a clone. Still much better than the offerings from arabic clone houses. If you are not a hardcore aventus fan, this may satisfy your needs.
