In general, I think some 4711s are totally underrated.
I love the Cotton & Almond. It's my go-to home fragrance. I thought I'd try a few new ones and I wasn't disappointed.
Would even throw the two together in a bag.
I can't smell any iris at all. To me it smells really just cozy, creamy and clean, silky. Like freshly applied cream, very nourishing. But it is absolutely not soapy and not pungent.
Very linear, but I also like that from time to time. It doesn't always have to be a fancy, sophisticated niche.
He doesn't annoy the environment, as he is very close to the skin. H/S of course not the yellow of the egg, but you can spray it again at the price.
I really think it does a good job for the price.
Not for the big WOW effect in the evening, but I like it at home to feel good or at work to smell well-groomed.
