Calycanthus Acca Kappa 2003

I tried the unspeakable Calycanthus with some reservations, as I expected a complicated scent.
Fortunately, that is not the case at all.

Friendly sweet and softly honeyed is our encounter.
Almost lovely with a distinctive spice.
The cyclamen has a slightly powdery effect - smoothed out by the juicy peach.

Even my husband steps out from the sidelines towards me and takes a sniff.

I am looking for a gift fragrance - and Calycanthus would be suitable in its approachability.
But I don't know if it fits my intended recipient.

For me, it would be suitable, as it is feminine and soft.
At the same time, unremarkable.

It has made it onto my note list.
