Found it.
This is exactly what I wanted. I forked out the cash to get Prada L'homme a few years ago but have only recently come to really appreciate it. And man do I love it!! So powdery fresh. Unisex in the best possible way.

I wanted something similar that I could wear on a daily basis without having to worry about the cost to get a new bottle haha.

And this is it.

Now granted, the first 10 to 15 minutes you probably won't be too impressed. During that time it smells decent enough but nowhere near l'homme.
But just let it sit. The longer you wait the better it gets, especially on skin.

Just today I sprayed both fragrances on separate tester strips to compare and contrast. Side by side l'homme is a bit smoother/ softer, but the longer I let them both settle the harder it is to detect a difference.

Evoke's performance might be slightly better as well, both in silage and longevity.

One final note I do have to add is that just today I was wearing evoke gold and got a compliment from a woman who said I smelled like popcorn lol.
I really don't have much commentary on her statement (I don't think it smells anything like popcorn) but at the very least it's proof that you'll get compliments if you wear this fragrance.

Ajmal phone L'homme
In a nutshell, it’s a clone of Prada’s L’homme and a pretty damn good one at that. Like most clones however, it’s missing a few details here and there in the drydown; but what it lacks in complexity, it more than makes up for in performance. In fact, that’s literally why I bought it.

The opening is a beautiful blast of watery iris and pepper – spot on Prada L’homme in my book. Neroli isn’t really a major player at the top, but within a few moments, there’s a powdery sweetness that comes in from the vanilla-leaning amber. As it dries down, it becomes distinctly soapier, with a dash of floral sourness from the geranium. However, whereas Prada L’homme adds a morsel of chocolaty powder in the mid and base, Evoke Gold simply replaces it with a more prominent neroli and liquid sweetness, generally characteristic of most modern clones that wish to appeal to a wider demographic.

Nevertheless, the overall effect is rather calming and perhaps leaning a tad more feminine than Prada’s original creation. And in the contemporary spirit of cloning popular fragrances with alternative synthetic ingredients, you can generally expect to exchange scent quality for a significant increase in performance. And I mean a SIGNIFICANT increase. This stuff literally screams for a solid hour and half before giving up the wheel and sticking around for another 7 hours plus - a nearly 3-fold improvement over Prada. If it shone like a light, you could probably see it from space. In fact, Evoke Gold is probably your best bet if you were ever stranded on a deserted island. Your scent would carry on the North Atlantic current and you could easily use the wacky reflective gold bottle to signal passing planes. No jokes. Maybe even bring down a satellite or two…

Of course I’m being facetious, but the difference in performance really is quite noticeable. And as an added bonus, the stuff actually starts to smell like CK Be in the far drydown! An odd twist of events, but there you go.

Overall, I have to say that for a relatively inexpensive fragrance, I’m impressed with the execution of Evoke Gold for him. If Prada L’homme was an indoor scent, this could be the outdoor version, at the meager expense of a little note density in the drydown. Sure, it may not be a perfect clone, but as a daily soap-faring workhorse, I’ll take the added projection and longevity over a few measly notes any day of the week. Like I said, that’s why I bought it.

Best Prada L'Homme Clone on the Market!
After being heavily impressed by Evoke Silver, which I consider the better Pegasus from PdM, I have now also added Evoke Gold to my collection and can wholeheartedly recommend this alternative to any Prada L'Homme fan.

For me, Ajmal has hit the mark with Evoke Gold.
Powdery and prominent iris on dry cedarwood, with a good pinch of pepper, and there you have one of the most popular men's fragrances.
Quality is top-notch, matching the original in every way.

Of course, some noses will say that Prada L'Homme has slightly higher quality ingredients and is less synthetic, but when you consider the price, I can live with that.
Compliments are not fewer, the longevity is at least on the same level, and the sillage even has more power than the original.

Conclusion:
Ajmal has probably created the best Prada L'Homme clone on the market with Evoke Gold.
A safe blind buy for all Prada noses out there!

Finally a mega Prada L'Homme clone
I have been searching for a good clone of Prada L'Homme, the well-known king of the office, the absolute "clean man" scent, for soooo long. I owned the Prada for a year, including the Intense version. A wonderful fragrance, I don’t need to say much more about it. I can’t quite remember why, but I sold both bottles. They were practically ripped from my hands. It’s no wonder, I thought to myself.

As I am a huge fan of those fragrances that rank high in the price/performance category, I have been looking for a clone of the Prada for a long time, without reaching for Eclat or D&P. I had high hopes for the Orient, which is known for bringing very good dupes of well-known fragrances to the market at affordable prices and still does. But for a long time, nothing came from Arabia. Until suddenly in 2018, "Evoke Gold Edition for Him" by Ajmal appeared! Promoted by many fragrance enthusiasts from around the world as a Prada L'Homme dupe, I had to get it. I found it online, from a fragrance shop in the United Kingdom, Manchester.

Once it arrived, I could hardly wait to unveil the "Gold" from the brown padded envelope. After tearing open the envelope, a shiny, glittering golden box was revealed. A bit pompous, I thought that was good. Inside, even more gold that shone! The bottle is in a shiny golden color and has two grooves on the sides for a firm grip. This way, the flanker won’t just slip out of your hands. In the center, there is an indented circle, with the spray head and cap placed off-center. Stylistically exciting.

But is everything that glitters really gold? Will a scent emerge that fulfills my dreams of Prada as soon as I press the sprayer? The first spray... And there it is! There it is! Pure excitement, ecstasy! There’s the Prada I have been longing for. The one I have waited so long for. It couldn’t be that hard, I think to myself. The opening begins fresh and peppery, with the pepper coming through subtly. Neroli dominates in the first seconds. Within a few seconds, and this is not an exaggeration, the powdery iris follows, which is so characteristic of the Prada. Amber joins in and initially holds the iris in check. From this point on, I thought okay, it’s drifting into sweetness, but after 5-10 minutes, the powdery iris asserts itself again and can hardly be stifled by the wood and earth in the base. So overall, this wonderful fresh-powdery, very slightly woody "clean man" scent remains. And it lasts a long time, longer than the original. After 8 hours, it is still perceptible. The sillage is above average, although I have only applied it subtly so far. In the coming weeks, it will show how it performs with H+S.

A very successful masterpiece from Ajmal, huge compliments from my side! Aside from the initial struggle between iris and amber, the Ajmal Evoke is 95% the Prada L'Homme. If you want a cheaper version of the original that lasts longer and projects stronger, you should grab this one. Look around online, it is currently rarer in Germany. As I said, I got the 90ml flanker from the UK for about €40.

When the Orient Hits You with the Price.
I have been following this scent for quite some time. If you like powdery-clean-soapy-creamy-lipstick-like fragrances, you have to buy this. At first, I thought Dior Homme. Hello! Then after five minutes.
No! Prada, you tricked me, you fool. I don't smell any patchouli or cedarwood. It's not spicy either. But then again, neither is Prada L'Homme. That was the first test. The second test will follow, and I will definitely write more about it.

I just ordered three bottles on a whim. Hit! Anyone who doesn't get this is just missing out.

Update: Second Test
I wore it at work today and just love this clean man scent. Today I realized that the Evoke Gold EfH is just a brutal clone of L'Homme and L'Homme L'eau. It's a middle ground; I can't decide. I didn't feel Dior Homme while wearing this scent today, for some reason. Perfectly balanced notes. In the air, it's indistinguishable. On paper, perfume enthusiasts will notice the difference, but folks, don't freak out. I’m just saying quality, quality, quality. It doesn't need to hide.

Not fresh enough to compare it with Prada quality. Yet close enough to call it a clone. Good buy for the price!

Yea it really smells like Prada L'Homme. Pretty astonishing for the price. The musk in the late drydown however smells a bit like deodorant

Geraniums are opening
The powdery blooming smile

The mouse has made itself at home in the Leerdammer bottle. It always powders its nose and is quite a well-groomed sight.
