Silver of the night
Since the "Evoke for Her" recently knocked me off my seat so much and it is the fragrance I wear most at the moment, I took a closer look at the brand. There isn't much to find about the Arabic brand and even comments about the fragrances are rare.
The fragrances mentioned have also been mentioned in "Evoke Silver Edition for Her", as they are among my favourite ones. So I made another blind purchase in silver because I found a cheap offer - especially since a certain "question frog" wrote here under my "Evoke for Her" comment, that would be even nicer. THAT wouldn't be bearable at all:-)
Now to the fragrance: The silver has nothing in common with the "Evoke for Her" at all. A completely different fragrance. "Evoke Silver" is a sweet-spicy oriental scent. The top note is already equally violent with spicy sweet vanilla, which also remains and remains. After a short time I can also perceive a light fruitiness. It is also a little scratchy (but only very light) - probably because of the sandalwood in the base, which I often feel that way. The fragrance is very present and has an enormous sillage and endurance.
The first time I sprayed it on, the fragrance seemed very familiar to me - which often happens when you already had a lot of fragrances under your nose. Is Ajmal perhaps also a manufacturer that recreates well-known perfumes? This is "Noir pour femme". For me, the resemblance is striking. "Evoke Silver Edition for Her" is slightly more fruity. I sprayed both to the test on two test strips and compared them over a longer period of time. So if you love fragrances in this direction, you should make a note of a test.
I probably won't keep the bottle, because I already own "Noir pour Femme" (and since the last company Christmas party I can't really stand it anymore - Öhhmm). Also I do not have so often possibilities to wear such heavy oriental scents. When I go out in the evening, it's usually associated with food or concert/cinema with people around me whom I want to be considerate of. I wouldn't use that 100 ml in my life.
The bottle is made of heavy glass, high-gloss and reflective. The spray head is functional and the cap fits perfectly.
Be that as it may: fragrance and bottle - all a question of (good) taste.
