Blind buying this is pure suicidal act. One of the strongest smelling stinky ouds that I have ever tried.
But I somehow enjoy it. Something is making me coming for more, time after time. Barnish and stinky kind of oud, animalic, rotten cheese kind of area. But I kind of enjoy it because it's not that typical cheap rose oud that we are already sick of. No sir. Here you have a very refined but also raw kind of oud.
You really have to hate the world to wear this one in public. Not for the average nose.
1 spray will do some victims, trust me. Immortal power. One of the most brutal longevities out there.
This is how a real man would smell like. Extremely manly, dirty, animalic and raw.
Now I think I will wear interlude like nothing compared to this one.
Very strong, very hard to appreciate but yet so beautiful.
I really appreciate it for what it is and I love to have it in my collection.

Qaddem is a dry fragrance there is no sweetness in it, compositionally it may resemble somewhere in the distance GGA, this is my personal feeling and my wife says the same, the woody profile here is dry technical but at the same time drenched in smoke and the whole creates an atmosphere of smoked alcohol-soaked wood, slightly similar notes are found in the opening of Amir Two although there is additionally animal . Although there are no controversial notes here the fragrance is not easy and pleasant, although it captivated me, although I have no problem to ditch it alone I rather see it more in mixing with other fragrances.

Smells like many aged hindi and cambodi oud oils i have sniffed. Loads of fermentation and soaking to get this level of barn and funk. Usually quite enjoyable and wearable as an oil, as it would sit closer to the skin, however as a spray perfume, it is way too loud. This type of smell does not need projection like this. These are scents I wear for myself. This is for everyone in a mile radius. Way too pungent and loud for my liking

Must be one of the very best oud spray perfumes ever. So satisfying. So intimate. Personally, I only wear this in solitude, as aroma therapy proposes. Common people wouldn't understand this anyway.
This is a delicious indian oud, yes, but I think I also smell a considerable doze of olibanum. I think that pretty much sums it up. Matured indian oud and frankincense. Maybe a touch of castoreum there, too. It is based on guesswork, really.

All the lovers of lovely Dahn al Oudh Shams really need to step up and get this one too.
