Orange-fruity, clean summer freshie
Every time I sampled this I forgot which fruit note was supposed to be in it and smelled something else. At first I thought of mandarin or clementine, then apricot. It smells like the color orange to me, I would never have thought of starfruit if it wasn't in the notes list.
The coconut water is subtle, but noticeable. It really smells like coconut water, not coconut milk or rind, very transparent and fresh and only slightly warming. The so-called cedar note gives the fragrance a modern, synthetically woodsy base, which makes it quite unisex compared to other B&BW releases. I guess that's fitting for the Pride themed marketing.
This is a nice fragrance for the warmer months, but it doesn't blow me away. Maybe it's more of a 7.2 or 7.3 than a 7.5 for me, but I felt generous. I hoped for something a little warmer and more tropical. In general I wish Bath & Body Works made more EDTs and EDPs of all their different scents, as I love their shower gels and lotions, but don't care for giant plastic bottles of body mist.
