Incense N' Fire has once again completely convinced me. Birkholz manages to win me over almost every time and has now become my new favorite brand.
Incense N' Fire has this smoky, slightly sweet, spicy, woody, and generally wonderfully oriental flair.
The fragrance starts directly with this combination of dried fruits and incense.
The top note really fits and is easy to recognize.
Dried fruits always bring this slightly sweet, oriental flair to certain fragrances, and it is the same here. The incense does not come across as strongly reminiscent of classic "church" incense, in my opinion.
It feels like a lightly smoky aura from a campfire, but not too dominant.
Over time, it becomes a bit softer, but this pleasantly and truly beautiful smokiness remains in combination with the oriental sweetness from the dried fruits.
Additionally, resinous notes emerge, like a kind of labdanum.
A slightly earthy patchouli and some woody elements join in as well.
The performance is also good.
The fragrance lasts on my skin for about 8-9 hours and projects really pleasantly and well.
You can wear the fragrance unisex, but I tend to see it more on men.
