If that's love...
For the first time and not long ago, I met and tested Santal Pondicherry in Prague...
Since I don't belong to those perfumas who buy a fragrance immediately, if the first impression is good or very good, I left the perfume house, without the said fragrance, only with sprayed arm and a test strip :)
But the owner of the perfumery kept it from me, or simply forgot to tell me, that this is completely new... Because when I wanted to look for the fragrance in the evening in the hotel on Parfumo, there was not yet any...
So the wonderful scent accompanied me on that day until I went to bed all the time... And I found the from the first spraying on to the last sniff before falling asleep simply great....
It begins with a soft citrus note, paired with fine saffron, some cardamom and incense (subtle) and a simply divine sandalwood.....
A great fragrance is not really there, because EVERYTHING is there somehow... But that doesn't bother me at all, on the contrary, I find this somehow very coherent :)
Since this was the last day in Prague, I couldn't get the scent the next day either, which was a bad luck....
When I was back home, I often thought of Santal Pondicherry and how great he was... Is that love?
About 1.5 months later I strolled - hoping to meet a great fragrance - through Zurich and ended up, as so often, in my favourite perfumery.... Oswald...
And there was Santal Pondicherry...!
Jaaaa.....! what joy I had at this reunion I don't have to stress anymore ;-)
What happened then, everyone can probably imagine... I left the store without Santal Pondicherry!
Nahe, fun, of course he had to be with ;-P
Reunited... and a true joy every time we are together :)
