Paranas that bark, don't bite
In the shop (the wonderful Beauty Affair an der Kö) I was very impressed and this new release of Bois 1920 seemed like the perfect all-rounder for me. At home I was shocked: had I fallen for a (quite expensive) Aventussi? No, fortunately only partially and not too much...
"Paraná" is the new one from Bois 1920 and the first fragrance of the brand in my collection - and with what? Rightly so! Because it is a refreshing, young and extremely delicate men's fragrance from leisure to office, from March to October, from fun to business, from date to interview. And to my relief it is a whole lot more than just another attempt to get a piece of Aventus money. Of course it has similar fruity-birky vibes, but in the end it's still far enough away for me not to press the fragrance twin button on the right.
"Paraná" is spicy but never biting, musk currants kiss minimal leathery vibes and with a lot of spiciness and fun. Summer cocktails call out between every line, especially the classic Mo to Jito. On my skin this tame piranha is really very bright, almost flowery and ultimately extremely sexy, the leathery-woody direction above I can hardly sign. To me it seems super accessible, undark and yet mature enough. A real hit for the office, no doubt. And never pushy or cheap. The price is justified. He's sure to empty himself...
Flacon: robust, clear, finely ground, throughout beautiful
Sillage: tends direction decent
Durability: close to the skin, but for 6-8 hours
Conclusion: a clear, bright, positive and very appealing Immergeher between Aventus and a sugary sparkling cocktail. Can only please the environment throughout. I'm sure I like to wear it very often and I love to. What more could you want?! Misbuy averted.
