@Henriquatre ..... Boucheron is primarily a luxury jeweler. The bottles are mainly references to the jewelry pieces of that time. Take a look at the brand's jewelry from that era and then the bottles of the women's fragrances. They are copies of opulent rings and bracelets. So, it was really good marketing! ;o)

Yes, I really wonder if they were meant seriously back then (in the sense of what we now call "Dictator Chic" - if there's an escalator, then it's pseudo-gilded) - or if this is an early parody. I interpret it in the second way. But it probably appeals to both target groups, so good marketing ;)
