Mortimer….It´s tea-time!
Thanks to Parfumo, I was able to snag a fragrance that I had only briefly caught a whiff of before, but somehow found quite nice….
However, as it often goes, something always got in the way, and the Beat never settled in with me…
I will correct the "somehow nice" right away…
Because I find it grandios, wonderful, lovely and awesome…Oh, I apologize, awesome is not really the refined English way. (Well, maybe AFTER EIGHT)
*slaps my fingers*
But back to the fragrance:
I think it starts off quite fresh and bitter, and I initially thought it was a lovely floral summer scent. Absolutely no sweetness present.
But the way it transforms is almost grotesque….
After 5 minutes, the fragrance becomes increasingly fruity, sweeter, and creamier, evolving more and more in the direction of creaminess.
I'm not quite sure if I really smell this tea note. To me, tea tends to smell more bitter, but perhaps more like a mild tea with a splash of milk.
With this perfume, I've learned my lesson again that you shouldn't be blinded by the top note :)

Yes, exactly - a top note blender. From tea with lemon to tea with, well, powder and cotton. Most people like their tea either with lemon or with milk. This one really demands a lot from you.

I sprayed it on briefly a few weeks ago to test it, and I liked it right away!
