Fresh musk
I have a thing with musk. The note can be subtle and nice - and it can be like a roaring airplane. I prefer the former.
This scent from Calvin Klein belongs to the group of subtle and nice musk notes. Actually, I find it fresh eventhough the musk note is there from the beginning to the end. In this composition the musk entwines with the peach and pear blossom so wonderfully, that the overall impression is freshness. Amazing!
The heart of especially rose and lilac also offers a wonderful combination with the musk. And when you finally get to the base the cedar compliments the musk so well.
Unfortunately, the scent does not have much sillage and longevity is poor. I have to spray every two hours to keep it going. But it is a really lovely scent.
The bottle is a beautiful classic design, a lot like several of CK’s scents. Minimalistic and with the recognisable font.
