Black - addition suitably selected
The 212 series continues. With my 212 collective order this also came to me in the bag. I've already reported about Aqua and Party fever and of course I've added this to my comment collection. After the Club Edition, Wild Party came this one in 2017, this year still the Party Fever. This is the first flanker of the VIP Sub series, which is not registered here as a limited edition. One should not overestimate, since with bad sales figures many are again stopped.
Perfumers here are Carlos Benaim and Anne Flipo. Two perfumers who have already created many coups and I also own some works. Let me start by saying that this cooperation has worked. The pyramid is not complete here: According to the CH-Homepage this fragrance also contains leather & amber, which could be true.
The bottle is like all very high-quality. Extremely heavy, solid and the look of a long drink. Plus a great magnetic lid. Here of course with matching black gradient.
Published in 2017, it is not so easy to find in Germany. Also in the Net most shops do not carry this. But I like unique scents, which not everyone has Hans and Franz. This one will remain what the sales figures probably also rather pale, if he would appear under another brand he would probably have more chances.
The Black addition is correct and has been chosen appropriately. Dark as night. It is advertised as a night fragrance that is energetic & spicy. I can only agree with you.
Unlike the silver original, this is more of a heavy fragrance, while the original still has plenty of freshness. This can therefore be worn better on colder days and as a night/party fragrance. By the way, this is an EDP, whereby the entire series radiates very strongly despite EDT.
When testing, I have to say that the DNA is easily available, but much more difficult here. The opening is much more difficult and the freshness is missing. If you need a little freshness, you won't find it here. He starts very boozy with absinthe, followed by leather and lavender. Great tuning and not cheap. Some tangy and spicy components come through, whereby the sweetness unfolds itself only clearly later correctly. The base is then very masculine due to lots of musk, comes across well and sensually in combination with vanilla and amber. All in all a great scent, which comes along noble and is not only something for young hoppers. Very high quality and well done. Elegant and not just something for the club.
Performance strong and recommended for moments where this is crucial. It radiates power and convinces with many hours of durability.
Like all the others in the series, I can only recommend Especially for cooler temperatures.
Addendum after wearing several times: The fragrance remains good and does not get on your nerves even after wearing some. It is sweet, but in return it has great masculine spiciness and tart notes. That's a great station wagon. In addition, I have closely observed the performance and have to say: A performance monster. The Sillage is good for a long time and has a shelf life of 10 hours+. Not only a clubbing fragrance, the elegance makes it very good in the dark. Especially when the sun goes down earlier there is also a great evening and leisure scent. A great counterpart to the original, which rather goes in the fresher direction. The "warms" well for the colder season and is therefore a really good counterpart to the original.
