Oud Absolu Cartier 2016

Hello. I have to say something about this. It cannot be that one person says it has a human touch and another says it does not. So here is my final decision: a very clear no.

First, I want to point out that I can smell all the ingredients listed in the fragrance pyramid, maybe except for the oud.
It was either completely forgotten or intentionally left out because it’s too expensive or just not available.
Terra is quite right when he says: Fruity. Only, the kind of fruit that smells like this doesn’t actually exist.
Not yet. I bet the biochemists are already working on it; because oud absolute MUST be eaten.
Fat, juicy grape nuts, of the sweetish kind (south slope). Pineapple without seeds and pumpkin punch with whole fruits. Other associations: Vanillin-washed terry pajamas, warm soft, logically slightly overpriced llama-alpaca blankets for senior trips into the blue, a bit of cashmeran (never hurt) and there you have oud absolute. Waltzing Matilda will know why.
While Seymour is still meandering along, the skin chemistry tastes good to me and Terra's fruity little number.

Controversial topic, I know, perception and the dance of molecules aside,
I personally pass by the first one that smells like oud here.
