Sweet & simple
I enjoy coconut the most when it's really creamy, or when it's more woodsy leaning and doesn't smell all that much of coconut. I'm not the biggest fan of coconut scents that smell dry and sweet like grated coconut for baking.
Coco Extreme is a mix of creamy coconut milk, dry coconut flakes and vanilla. The other notes all make sense when you read them, but don't stand out at all. This is a very simple scent. It doesn't smell like sunscreen or pina coladas, just sweet coconut. If I had to compare it so something from real life, I'd say it's the closest to the inside of a bounty bar, but with a perfumey background hum.

This reminds me a lot of the old Noix de Coco by Yves Rocher, which I had for a short time in 8th grade (20 years ago). That was not my best perfume choice, so I moved on quickly. Coco Extreme is more rounded and therefore also more pleasant to my nose, but still far from the perfect coconut. In my opinion CSP's fruity vanillas are nicer than this.

The monkeys are running through the forest...
... one makes the other cold - who stole the coconut, the coconut!?

Oops - we sang such barbaric songs as children completely carefree - and completely politically incorrect.

Strangely enough, no legal guardian intervened - probably in the hope that we would still become decent citizens.

But I rewrite the lines anyway : The monkeys run through the forest - each one of them a nut -
who stole the coconut, the coconut?

The answer is obvious: the whole monkey gang has turned this tangled mass of coconuts into a very cozy scent.

The complete jungle smells of coconut, refined with creamy milk - sweetened with candy - rounded off with tonka and topped with vanilla.

Maybe the monkey king King Louis celebrates birthday?

I hope to be invited !

Well, what can you say...
One should rather not smell directly on the skin or on clothes. There you get (at least me) a sour, sweet mixture into the nose. But I also tried it differently. I sprayed it on my girlfriend and let her walk past me. There you get the promised "Coco" note with
However, I would classify this perfume as unisex if you are lying on the beach or playing volleyball. The coconut is far too artificial to be a fragrance suitable for everyday use by men
Basically I would say you smell like a Pina Colada from the can
The Drydown is more convincing then

Pure Coconut...
Coco Extrême, or "Extreme Coconut" is a fragrance (like many in the Comptoir Sud Pacifique line) which is true to it's name.

Now, coconut is the main player here. It's in the name, it's in the composition, it's loud and it's "extreme".

What I get from this is the many facets of coconut throughout this perfume. The fresh aspects, like the juice, the pulp and the flesh... and the dry aspects; the powdered coconut, the coconut butter, the cream. It's like all of these aspects rolled into one. I also get the aroma of coconut biscuits. The ones made with fresh butter and lots of sugar. This is definitely a delicious perfume, a great example of a "gourmand" scent.

Overall though, Coco Extrême can be one-dimensional. It's all about the coconut from start to finish. I think that if you like that sort of thing (i.e. you are someone who enjoys the smell of coconut and has a craving for a purely coconut smell), then look no further, as this is the one. If you are looking for something that is more than just coconut, or dislike the note in general, then perhaps it would be best to look elsewhere.

As for me, I like it! Although I wouldn't reach for it everyday. Again I would have to be "in the mood" to wear something like this, or smell like this all the time. I will say this though, it did bring a smile to my face, and if a perfume can make me happy like that, then it isn't such a bad perfume after all...
