Creed is not always Aventus!
So… here comes a Creed fragrance. …. No man, no! Not Aventus! Creed is not always Aventus, you freaks!... uh… where was I? Oh right, yes. I wanted to introduce a fragrance as always. And it’s from Creed. … No man, no! NOT Aventus! Creed is not always…. oh man, now I’m stuck in a loop… all because of you “My Aventus batch is better than yours!” freaks :D
Tssss…
There are so many equally wonderful fragrances like Aventus. Even nicer ones! A sacrilege, I know. Still, shut up!
Now I’m going to tell you something about “Sublime Vanille,” a vanilla fragrance that smells just as great. And might even make your mouth water!
**The fragrance:**
At the beginning, I smell vanilla and lemon. It feels a bit like a delicious cake, because the lemon smells somewhat like the lemon icing on a cake with the sweet notes, so simply delicious enough to bite into, and by delicious, I mean the cake or rather the FRAGRANCE this time :D
Anyway, the vanilla makes the fragrance soft and powdery as usual, and thus very pleasant. A little later, the fragrance becomes warmer. The lemon remains, even though it loses some of its intensity, but it is still very noticeable and harmonizes wonderfully with the vanilla. You can see, these two fragrance notes are and remain the main notes throughout the entire scent journey of Sublime Vanille. In the base, musk is added, which also has a somewhat intense scent, but feels significantly softer than what one is used to from musk, but this is due to the powdery notes of the vanilla (and also a bit from tonka bean). The fragrance is generally a bit simple, as it technically only smells like vanilla, but it smells incredibly good, as long as you like vanilla AND slightly sour or citrusy notes.
**The sillage and longevity:**
The sillage is not bad, but for a vanilla fragrance, it is a bit surprisingly weak. One should not expect a large scent cloud here, but it is somewhat noticeable from close up.
Also, the rather shorter longevity (for a vanilla fragrance) is surprising, as it does not last longer than seven or eight hours. I am used to much longer-lasting vanilla fragrances.
**The bottle:**
The bottle is a slightly higher-quality version of the already quite nice Creed bottles. The Creed logo (the crown) has been incorporated into the glass everywhere, which is made of real gold. The label on the front shows the name of the fragrance in a beautiful script, and above the label, the well-known Creed lettering can be seen. The cap is a hemisphere or dome and looks like a gemstone.
Ah, Sublime Vanille is one of the really beautiful vanilla fragrances that I have tried. Familiar vanilla sweetness and a wonderful, powdery softness that smells absolutely fantastic. The sillage is, as mentioned, somewhat less than one might expect from vanilla fragrances, but still, one should not miss the chance to at least test this fragrance.
It’s also nice that the lemon, which for me also acts like a delicious icing, brings some variety to the otherwise simple fragrance, and the scent does not quickly turn into just vanilla like most vanilla fragrances do. At least this takes a bit longer with this fragrance.
Since the fragrance feels less heavy, it is also wearable on warmer days, for example in spring, if you don’t want to give up vanilla in the warmer season (although it might be too heavy for summer, presumably)
But no matter when you use it, I’m sure it will be well received by others too!
Yaaa… Sublime Vanille is indeed great and once again proves that there are other fragrances from Creed that smell just as good or even better than Aventus… even if this is a women’s fragrance instead of a men’s fragrance. Although there are also great fragrances for men OTHER THAN Aventus *sigh* This has to be mentioned constantly here, with you freaks… :D

You described it very accurately once again. The scent is just genius. It's definitely one of my absolute favorites :D And why do I suddenly have a huge craving for the lemon cake my grandma used to bake??? Great.... ;-))) *vanilla-lemon-cake-trophy-stand*

I think it smells - uh, I mean - like a delicious lemon-vanilla mousse, mmmmm. Yummy.
