Has been one of my favourites for years, unique and beautiful
First of all, if you don't like aldehydes, this is not for you. This perfume is very aldehydic and stays so until the end. Another important note is soap, and I don't mean synthetic laundry fresheners, but natural marseille soap. These two notes create a vibe of cleanness and carnality in the same time. This is a very particular feel, I have to admit I don't know any other perfume that catches this mood, and Sicily does it perfectly.
On this background jasmine, honey and banana are happening. One minute you feel one, then another, very interesting vivid composition. Sweet, pleasant, sophisticated mess.
This fragrance if quite heavy and one may think it's for the winter but beware, this one is an ultimate summer evening scent. On colder weather it may loose it's carnality and be too aldehydic (I write 'may', but I tried really, and it happens every time hahah).
I think it's very unique, there are no fragrances like this one anymore. That's a pity. Dolce and Gabbana had a bunch of great sexy perfumes in 90s and early 00s, they really were making them having the "sexy borderline vulgar" mood of the house in mind. Those times are gone sadly.
