Summer Vibes
There are very few designer fragrances that I like with "D&G Light blue intense" being one of them. Although I do have dupes of it that I prefer. I tested "D&G Summer Vibes" at Ulta but decided not to get it because of the price. But I went home and found myself regretting that I didn't buy it. So I ordered it online the next day. I really like this fragrance. To me it's very lemon even though I don't see lemon as a listed note. I prefer this over "LB intense" because it is less bitter and less unisex. I do wish I smelled the peach note in this because I do not get peach at all. But I am happy with this purchase. The bottle is really unique too. It kind of looks like blue and white china dishes. Even though this flanker is different than the intense version and I do prefer it you probably don't need both.

Dolce what happened?
Love Light Blue. Went through two samples and decided to blind buy this flanker instead of the OG. First, the bottle. I was expecting better quality with the atomizer and the cap, although the design is very pretty and stands out in my collection. I REALLY apply my fragrance. Nine spritzes total in different spots. I barely got a citrus scent and thought, "Well at least it's work appropriate." As the citrus dies down, it just becomes Light Blue LaCroix, like you're remembering what Light Blue smells like. Within a few hours, it was totally gone. This wasn't too expensive, but really fell below my expectations. I'll think twice about a blind buy again. Will probably use as a base for layering florals and vanillas.

Light Blue + peach
Compared to the original Light Blue, this is lighter, more spring than summer (though you could get away with either one in either season, as long as the weather is warm), with less tangy citrus and a fresh, not juicy, peach note. More feminine than the original too. I blind bought it, and I would say this is a safe blind buy if you like the original + peach and you can get it at a decent price.

Granny Smith with Peach expanded…
In search of a light, refreshing, everyday summer fragrance, I unexpectedly stumbled upon the Light Blue shelf. I can't really make a direct comparison to the original EdT, as I've never had it myself. But today while testing in the shop, the Vibes stood next to the original EdT and the Intense.

All three start off equally citrusy, well, with the same basic formula of Light Blue. However, I found the Vibes the most interesting and overall more feminine, and I spontaneously took it with me.
The top note is a wonderfully citrusy fresh, juicy, and pleasantly sweet peach. As sweet as one would like to eat it. But not so sweet that one could describe the fragrance as very sweet.

You can imagine wearing this scent on Capri by the sea, but also in a public restroom, for example, in the gastronomy sector. It actually reminds me of that. I have indeed smelled this scent, or a very similar one, in restrooms. This comes from the apple, which has also found popularity in WC air sprays and cleaning products. However, the perfume is elegant in comparison and belongs on the skin.

I see myself with this light, fresh, citrusy fruity, floral-woody-musk scent on Capri by the sea during an Italian summer vacation.

The green apple of the original formula is unmistakable, but it comes across as sweeter and slightly fruitier and aromatic due to the peach.

The top note is a wonderfully citrusy fresh, juicy, and sweet peach with underlying apple. A green apple, so indeed Granny Smith. The whole thing weaves into a soft, balanced scent with gentle and subtle musk. The initially strong peach and bergamot blend beautifully with the woody base. In between, there are probably rose and jasmine like in the original. However, I can't clearly pick out either.

All in all, it's not a "Wow, I absolutely must have this fragrance," but it's still nice to wear in summer for everyday use. There's no need to fear a room-filling overdose, just as one wouldn't fear a too-sweet fruit salad. However, it is quite possible that not everyone will appreciate the apple-peach combo.

Then I'm just a bottle victim
This bottle is practically screaming for me. It reminds me of a Mediterranean spa, bathroom tiles in Greece. I'm not a big fan of the generic Light Blue; I like it on others, but on me, it just comes off as yawningly boring. This was a daring blind buy against my usual habits. I’ll just say, good thing I bought the 100ml version here. But we'll get to that topic later. So, I get a proper peach here, so cleanly scrubbed that it makes me think of freshly washed laundry hanging on a line, drying in the sun. I’m at our holiday home in Corfu, already 30 degrees in the morning, white outfits and bath towels drying in the sun, I’m freshly showered, and our landlady, Giota, the good soul, has set a bright blue ceramic bowl full of peaches in front of us. Refreshingly clean, clean through Valay peach, that’s how the scent is. Okay, longevity could be better. But there are so many plus points for my taste that I forgive Dolce and Gabbana. In the drydown, I have a lovely light yellow peach; the bergamot is only present at the kickstart. Ah, I like it!

Definitely summer vibes! Smells lemony and a bit resinous. Very fresh, clean smell. Great beach vacation frag.

Smells like lemon meringue pie to me! Sweet and creamy with a strong lemon curd and baked goods scent. Shame it performs poorly!

Lighter and more feminine than the original. Less tangy citrus with a fresh, not juicy, peach note.

Light and citrusy and not too sweet. Nice and inoffensive but it just doesn’t wow me. Only lasts about 2 hours on me.

Similar to the Eau Intense version, but is a little tart on me. You only need one version of these. The bottle is very pretty. Summer staple

Unfortunately it seems no matter which flanker I try, the entire Light Blue collection smells like citrus cleaning products. :(

Pretty much the same as the OG with a peachy twist that in my opinion makes it a little more modern.

Comes off creamier than LB, and with less cedar. I'd almost dare to say there's the TINIEST hint of gourmand. Love it, but not as much as LB

I like it much better than the men's version.
Good citrus that becomes fruity.
It also fades into insignificance over time.
