Musc Blanc El Nabil Extrait de Parfum

Here, white musk reigns!
Among the rich additions to a souk purchase from @Julia142 was a full bottle of "Musc Blanc" by El Nabil. Thank you!
The scent lives up to its name. I own a small bottle of pure white musk and smelled both side by side. "Musc Blanc" starts off just like this pure white musk. Of course, I can't say if it is the same chemical compound, as the term "white musk" can refer to different substances. However, the scent is almost identical at first.
Later, other fragrance notes come into play, none of which significantly stand out from the white musk, but they do transform the white musk note slightly, making the scent more interesting.
The fragrance is solid and easy to wear, even though the dominant white musk is not entirely my thing. It always evokes associations of Nivea cream for me. I have concerns about this due to the carcinogenic and genotoxic properties of some musk compounds. A more precise labeling would be necessary.
This scent note has nothing to do with real musk from the musk deer. Real musk is, even when diluted, not creamy but distinctly animalistic. This also applies to other forms of musk, such as that from the muskrat.
The sillage of "Musk Blanc" is not particularly strong. However, the longevity seems to be good.
