Woody musc posing like an Oud
I came up to this when I went to the store of Boulevard Haussmann in Paris to test them out and after purchasing "I am coming home" I was given several samples including this one. I must say I am disappointed by the smell. It seems to be the typical cedar-sandal wood that, given the musks, reminds you of popular western ouds. The positive note is that I have smelled many of them and they all tend to be demanding: either too spicy, either to sweet (honey and musk) etc.. . "In the dark" achieves the same profile with more versatility and agility while maintaining an excellent craft: the perfume creates an oil layer on the area. If you are fan of the genre you might find this interesting. I am just a little bored by the theme, which reminds me nothing about the rain nor the nature.
