Pomegranoudh Fugazzi 2026

If you look specifically for long lasting fragrances, Pomegranoudh may be what you’re looking for.

The oud is prominent and the central note in the composition. The red fruits are not bright, juicy or zingy, they are syrupy, dark, but hard to describe to which fruit the scent belongs to.

It follows the step of Passionfroudh or to an extent Oud Maracuja or a lighter version of Black Guava.

I am extremely enthusiastic about "Passionfroudh | Fugazzi." For me, passionfruit and oud is simply one of the best combinations ever. That’s why I ordered Pomegranoudh sight unseen.

The scent starts on my skin with a juicy, zesty, and almost photorealistic pomegranate juice. Right behind it, this oriental, seductive oud-vanilla duo emerges. Shortly after, the red fruits develop more strongly, giving the fragrance an elegant fruity depth.

What I find particularly beautiful: The scent never loses its DNA. From the opening to the drydown, it remains fruity, velvety, and oudy. Very harmonious and elegantly structured.

Personally, I can hardly imagine that this is just a simple oud accord. To my nose, the oud reminds me more of Nepalese oud, but probably only in small amounts. This spicy "cloud" of saffron, nutmeg, and a slightly balsamic sweetness is exactly what I know from this oud direction. Especially in combination with vanilla, it all feels incredibly luxurious and velvety.

In the drydown, a dry amber joins in, combined with a seductive velvety vanilla. I can actually smell the vanilla quite strongly on my skin, and it makes the fragrance even creamier and more elegant.

Longevity and sillage are good, but not quite as bombastic as with "Passionfroudh | Fugazzi."

For me, definitely a new fruity oud DNA. Very modern, elegant, and at the same time addictive.
