Bugia Bianca Giulietta Capuleti 2014

When one thinks of the name of this fragrance and the name of the perfumer in relation to the drama of Romeo and Juliet, one could certainly find many associations. However, it is possible that it is a fixed term, an idiom, whose meaning and references I do not know in Italian. I cannot develop any associations with the fragrance name or with Guilia/Julia Capuleti.
It is a moderately bitter, green, and slightly herbal, minty perfume with a certain aquatic lightness and transparency. After a while, I smell woodiness, a bit of smoke, and a delicate creamy soapiness develops with a fine pepper note. Overall, a harmonious perfume if you like this type of scent.
There are similar ones from A. Goutal, for example in the direction of "Ninfeo Meo". "Bugia Bianca" also reminds me of the fragrances from Egofacto. Brandy and Cognac? As I mentioned before: You have to experience them back then.
Such scents, even if they can smell very good, would not fit into this fragrance concept at all.
But who knows, maybe other noses perceive exactly this. Or is the declaration of these fragrance notes the "Bugia Bianca"?
