Cheap? Hey, that's what it's all about!
I am easily Givenchy-affin, but this is really n bad joke.
My first association: I see a gang of girls in the tram (all about 15, highly pubertal, silly and cheaply made up), and in the tram it smells obtrusively like cheap drugstore water.
This is probably more of a cheap women's fragrance, with a slightly slutty tenfence. What man shall wear this fragrance?
Top note:
The fragrance is adulterated and smells synthetic like from the chemistry set. He smells like everything but lemon, gardenia or bargamot. It scratches and causes a feeling of mild heartburn.
It may be fresh. But that's not enough.

Chocolate? What kind of chocolate? Brandy bean maybe, something with alcohol. Rose? I perceive Rose. But somehow excessively intensified. He's still scratching.
