Sweet Oriental Nectar

Right after spraying, the pistachio note comes through strongly. A gourmand pistachio, actually well done, not synthetic like I had feared. The rose soon settles in, gradually overpowering that lovely pistachio scent.

The fragrance is very sweet but pleasant, a bit like an oriental pastry with rose and pistachio. My only complaint is that the pistachio doesn’t last all the way through, leaving - over time - just a sweet rose scent.

Still, it’s enjoyable for anyone who loves gourmand fragrances.

Vanilla Cream Garnished with Rose Petals

A completely independent scent, for me the typical Irrésistible DNA doesn’t shine through, or only with a lot of imagination. A splash of neroli, dewy rose petals, these are the components that ensure it doesn’t become unbearable. I don’t perceive pistachio. Those who find Irrésistible too fresh will find their alternative here. Personally, I find the DD far too sweet and it unfortunately develops into a scent without any recognizability. It almost goes in the LVEB direction, by the way, that’s how I imagine Main Character... The nectar becomes sweeter on my skin from minute to minute.

Smells like Dior Poison Girl EDP (first edition), before it got butchered by reformulations. Beautiful, but redundant if you have Poison Girl already.
