Gentle Breeze...
Recently, I received a small sample of the green giant of the "floral" version of L'Eau D'issey. I was quite curious, as L'Eau D'issey is not one of my favorites, but we get along well enough :)
This means: Whenever I wear my bun and nerd glasses at the office, I feel "strict" enough to wear this scent, as it is very special and very fresh :)
But enough about the original fragrance :)
However, I can't really say much about Florale.
It starts off mild and somehow it doesn't get any better.
I imagine a gentle breeze on a flower meadow and a sweet lady in her early 20s hopping through the field in a floral summer dress :)
The lily is very dominant for me (as with all perfumes containing lily), meaning I don't smell any mandarin or rose. Therefore, it seems far too boring to me.
At some point, I also catch a hint of the woody undertone, which accompanies me for a while. However, not for very long - Florale has, in contrast to its big sister, an absolutely poor longevity.
(Maybe the comparison with flowers - they are also quite ephemeral! :-))

It reminds me of 31 rue Cambon... but I don't have enough comparison with the original Eau d'Issey.
