Blue Glow Jennifer Lopez 2010

Well. I was warned. I was told. I had hoped it would never happen. But - BANG - it has happened: since my registration here, my scent perception and perfume preferences have changed a bit...

I bought Blue Glow shortly after my registration here. I immediately came out as a JLo lover and advocate. I still hold my original glow in high regard - but this one? I don't know. I'm glad I only paid €9.95 for it.

Blue Glow is fresh with a barely noticeable hint of sweetness. Really just a tiny little bit. It smells "green" and veeeery aquatic. Too aquatic.
I wanted something for hot days that smells like a sea breeze, and I found the included water lily quite lovely. Today, I find the scent a bit annoying, synthetic, and "intrusively unobtrusive." The scent somehow scratches. The longevity is okay.

My little daughter declared dark blue as her new favorite color a few weeks ago. When I was in a small perfume shop with her, she wanted me to buy her a blue perfume because she "will soon be a woman and wants to make herself pretty." I already know which perfume she will be allowed to use up...
