Poolside nostalgia
This is Miami Glow's beautiful older sister. Both are fruity, clean and fun with a combination of zesty grapefruit, coconut and white musks. Both give me poolside vibes and are best fitted for summer. They aren't the most natural smelling fragrances, but their synthetic notes come across as cheerful and intentional, so they don't bother me.
Now for the differences: Miami Glow is rather sweet and fruity, while Sun Summer 2020 is a little more floral. Where Miami Glow has a strong passion fruit note, Sun Summer 2020 showcases orange blossom and a hint of creamy tiare. Overall it's less sharp and more rounded, which makes it better to me.
This definitely has a cute nostalgia factor due to the similarity to the 2000s celebrity summer classic, but in my opinion it's more wearable. The blue and yellow color scheme of the bottle is a perfect fit. The scent is refreshing and almost ozonic like a typical blue fragrance, but also has an underlying warmth due to the coconut.
For those wondering, it has nothing in common with the original Sun at all. It's not heavy, vanillic or balsamic like the pillar fragrance, more of a light splash for really hot days. Surprisingly it also smells nice on cold skin, but I personally wouldn't want to smell like this in winter.
