Ancient woods infused with whiskey
This is a pure niche fragrance and it doesn't resemble anything else that already exists... it has a discreet sillage and good quality raw materials.
I can picture it on a lady wearing a fur (sorry for the stereotype) and this image comes to my mind immediately... even more so, it reminds me of those closers impregnated with mothballs that our grandmothers had in their rooms.
As for the notes, it's hard to describe what's there or not, because it's a mix of unidentifiable notes. However, I feel a chamomile/pear note and a boozy, whiskey note that remains throughout all the evolution.
Then arrive the ancient woods, vanilla and other notes that I can't even recognize.
The funny thing is that I thought it was the sample of another Jorum Studio fragrance and I almost felt some summery notes.. For this reason, marketing, descriptions, and scent notes sometimes can mislead us...
Anyway, I suggest to try it out because it's an interesting new fragrance! Blind buy? Absolutely not recommended, unless you're a risk-taker :-)
Overall rating: 7/10.
