Summer drives the bitter green
Into the cool heights of Darjeeling
Flows like warm butter
Over herbs and blossoms
Hay wafts over dusty grounds

I find butter in the scent kind of odd. Hopefully, it’s not rancid.

Indian Summer is really something beautiful, but whether I would actually like THIS one is questionable.

Sounds very nice. And if the butter has a bit of a ghee scent, I wouldn't mind that either.

The pyramid sounds intriguing. Although butter AND coconut do seem a bit off-putting to me.

I think I would like it too; Indian summers are beautiful, even if they can be a bit warm at times ^^

In India, ghee is mostly used instead of butter... so what does it do in this scent? 🤔

Sounds definitely worth a try. I can't really picture the butter, but okay, they must have had a reason for it.

Very interesting, albeit somewhat subtle, natural scent from Olivia. It starts off herbaceous, almost bitter green (fennel, verbena, and ginger on curry leaf). In the heart, there's indeed a buttery scent that mainly releases coriander and a hint of jasmine. The base has dry earth and a bit of hay. Really good, unusual, but it could have been a bit more pronounced.

So, should I test it in warmer temperatures? Or will the butter (ghee?) be too strong then??
