Summer Solstice and Amber???
That Lattafa comes with very opulent and special packaging, sometimes a bit flashy, is nothing new... and yet one is always pleasantly surprised again and again. A wooden box encases the little treasure.
The bottle is heavy, the spray head is good, and the glass cap fits securely on the bottle.
Well done for this price.
I don't know why some perfume houses sell bottles for over 200 euros and can't manage to produce decent spray heads and caps.
But in this case, everything is TOP
Now let's move on to the scent.
Alcoholic start
Crystal clear, white musk and iris
The iris is not a powdery iris but a fresh floral iris.
I find the top note beautiful because it comes across as zesty and sparkling.
According to the manufacturer, the perfume is supposed to express optimism and the absolute feeling of happiness.
Yesss, maybe, if one tries hard, this could actually work for 1 hour.
After about 1 hour, the zestiness fades, and the scent becomes a bit greener, a bit duller, and a bit creamier through vanilla and coconut. And from here, the special and extraordinary fades away for me. From here on, it is a rather restrained, ordinary, skin-close musk scent that just lies flat on my skin.
The specified scent components summer solstice and amber were unknown to me and remain unknown. Unfortunately, I cannot sniff them out.
Longevity on my skin: 3-4 hours
Sillage is rather underground for a Lattafa.
Test recommendation goes to all who enjoy skin scents.
