Vanilla dream
Right off the bat, this is my first review. I ask for your indulgence :-)
I came to this fragrance because it was given to me as a gift.
The vanilla West Indies comes in a plain white packaging with gold lettering. The packaging itself is rather less of an eye-catcher, but kept simple. Just like the bottle is also. Rather unobtrusive and rather simple in itself. The sprayer is very good and the perfume very oily. Here you should watch out with white clothes, that there are no stains.
I loved this perfume from the first moment. It is the best vanilla fragrance I have smelled so far. There is clearly the focus on the vanilla. Thereby it is not a quitschiege sugar vanilla, but a nice warm fragrance, with which immediately a warm feeling rises in one. It is a nice intense scent of vanilla that is rather deep and dark. I also find it very good that the vanilla is completely in the center and is not distracted by other fragrance components.
The fragrance has a good shelf life over several hours and does not lose intensivietät, or fragrance quality. The fragrance can be combined with other perfumes due to the simple, yet good, fragrance complexity. Personally, however, the pure vanilla fragrance is enough for me.
In fact, I do not think that the fragrance is exclusively for ladies. By the fact that the vanilla is not reminiscent of sugar water, I think men can wear this fragrance just as women. Also with the age I see here no tendency to younger, or older, since this fragrance is such a classic uncomplicated fragrance. For me, the vanilla West Indies can also be worn on any occasion, as it is not too heavy, or too sweet.
In conclusion, the Vanille West Indies can be described as a beautiful, warm vanilla fragrance that is not overbearing, or unpleasantly sweet. It is a very adult, clean fragrance that does not get boring, or that you eventually have over. For anyone who likes vanilla this is a must have. Quasi a vanilla dream.
