Warming hugs
I've been a fan of Lush for a long time. Every now and then it drives me into this colorful bustling store, where I love to dive into new fragrances and let myself be enchanted. Admittedly, the perception of individual components is difficult, because the senses seem as if slain, with this breadth and overlapping of different nuances, which is why I often apply fragrances on the wrist, leave the store, and after the time to observe how they develop.
So it was a grey, chilly and uncomfortable day in November when I was once again drawn to a Lush store. I've always been a big fan of perfumes, long-lasting scents and different aromas that reflect my mood and accompany my day. Body sprays were less of a part of it, as the sillage was never up to my standards. On this day, however, I still stuck in front of the large shelf by the body sprays lined up and which were recommended by many employees.
Turmeric Latte immediately got my attention, as the longing for warmth and security on such gloomy days, is always present with me. Who is not looking forward to a hot coffee and a good piece of cake on a rainy day? The description: "Each spray reminds of cozy cafes, freshly baked cake and hot drinks," fit perfectly to the dreary day and so I dared it and tried me to the fragrance.
The surge of vanilla and tonka bean immediately enveloped me and a slight hint of caramel wove around my nose. Overwhelmed by this warm-comforting scent, it had to immediately with.
Despite my initial concern , the smell could disappear within a few hours, I gave Turmeric Latte a place on my perfume shelf, for which I am still very grateful. On cold winter days, I love to wear this scent and let this spicy and mystical aroma wrap me up in an imaginary blanket of comfort. The sillage is wonderful and every now and then a note of the scent pours out as I move. The styrax seems very dominant at first, but subsides over time to reveal a soft sweetness. The durability is unbeatable for the price.
For me, an absolute MUST - HAVE that I can put everyone to the heart, if he is afraid of the gray days of winter.
