A very short trip to Paris
In the collective imagination Paris is the most romantic city: you immediately think of the tour Eiffel, the gardens , the flower sellers at the corner of a Street ...
Well, when the salesgirl of my drugstore proposed me to try this fragrance which was in offer, I imagined a very flowery bouquet and a romantic and intoxicating cloud . It wasn't so. On the mouillette there wasn't anything and on my skin only a pale scent of unidentified synthetic flowery notes. Where were the vibrant jasmin, the romantic violet, the warm cedarwood and the sweet vanilla I'm seeing right night now in the pyramid?
where were the spirit of Paris in a bottle? What a great disappointment! The sillage too was very weak : only a few seconds . Someone could reply that for about 16 € on sale you cannot pretend too much. But I know many cheap fragrances being good, well composed and longlasting too .
The bottle and the packaging is quite minimal, they remind a post card with the tour Eiffel picture.
I'm sorry, but I'll never buy this non-existant fragrance although signed Mandarina duck, a famous brand producing trendy bags and accessories. Thi sone was a very short trip to Paris and the flower sellers were...on strike!
