The scent of the well-heeled ladies
Some time ago, when the world was still in order and "click & meet" was still in the stars, I strolled along Frankfurt's Goethestrasse, where luxury stores like Tiffany's, Louis Vuitton and Versace are joined by a Massimo Dutti store. Already at the entrance of the last-mentioned store, I was met by a fresh floral scent that excited me abruptly. Until then, I was not really interested in fresh floral scents. I had prejudices, they were too boring and meaningless for me. I'm more fascinated by the heavy, sultry, amber-heavy durability crackers, of which the environment gets slapping slaps when overdosed.

Goethestraße is mostly frequented by the well-heeled, who might want to console or reward themselves with shopping from their visit from the plastic surgeon or the (divorce) lawyer on said street, in the nearby shops.
I walked through the boutique trying to concentrate on the range of clothes on offer, which I couldn't because the scent was so distracting to my senses. Just where did it come from? I ran after a very fine lady with thick golden ear jewellery and a 1A blow-dry hairstyle like from a magazine. She was middle-aged and styled in a classic, type-appropriate and colour-coordinated way. The scent could only come from her, I thought. I couldn't take it anymore and asked her if she smelled like that scent. She was a little irritated and answered in the negative. Still, she briefly reasoned with where the cloud was coming from, but decided not to be of further assistance to me. My companion seemed embarrassed and silently slunk off to the back men's section. Alright, I really wanted to know and asked my way through until I was standing in the middle of the store with the other customers sniffing and puzzling with me. Suddenly, a young woman, also very well dressed, pointed to some bottles at the register that were on display for me to sample. I tested through them and the saleswoman referred me to "Massimo Dutti in black". HAAA! There it was! I had found it, the scent I liked so much I drove the whole store crazy. The cashier pulled out the original wrapped bottle with the note that it was the last one. I held it like an Olympic trophy I would have fought over if I had to, and waved it enthusiastically at my companion in the men's department. By then he could no longer deny knowing me. But he was a little relieved, because the search was over. I didn't give that one out of my hand anymore.
So I took it with me, my first freshly flowered breeze that exuded so much lightness and femininity into the city of money and banks.

Honestly, I was surprised to find this quite affordable fragrance at the checkout. I have often made the experience that the perfumes displayed at cash registers are rather of low dupe quality or little recognition value with the effect like candy in the checkout area: Haja, if you're waiting in line anyway, you can just throw again the fragrance in the basket. Quite lucrative for the business. Who buys shoes, knows the assortment of care sponges to laces to insoles, which are offered by the sellers always again reliably penetrating, because the Kruscht brings the money.

I would have assigned this fragrance to a stylish, wealthy lady or even young woman. A self-confident career woman who chooses a perfume to her perfect outfit, which accompanies her through the day without screeching too loudly "HERE". A floral understatement that doesn't offend, but has a precious effect. I can imagine it with a neat summer dress, jeans or a business outfit.

The apple I perceive, it reminds me very slightly of See by Chloé. All the other fruits go down in the prominent rose. A great scent progression I do not recognize. The overall picture is bright, friendly, fresh and feminine. For a freshie, the durability is good.

It's a shame it's so poorly rated, it doesn't deserve that in my opinion. Perhaps I am also not yet a real professional in the field of floral pick-me-ups. But what is not, can still become.
