Starlight Shimmer Michael Kors 2019

Strangely, I smell zero roses in this perfume. Literally none. However, my husband says he smells them when I wear this perfume.
Also very odd is that it comes off as gourmand to me.
The bottle is pretty and very tall with a nice glitter. Longevity is a good portion of the work day and sillage with one or two sprays is about three feet. Spray more and it radiates very well.
My friend from art class in high school married Michael Kors and is the creative director for the brand. Wish he had been more approachable in high school because I’d love to share perfume insight with him.

I have now been registered/active on Parfumo for two years!:))) Of course, at the
beginning, I can't say that it was easy for me here, but fortunately, it has turned out positively!:)
I have had the pleasure of discovering many wonderful perfumes here that still accompany me on Parfumo!:)
I have also learned a lot of new things about perfume and about myself here!:) In short, I have been able to develop through Parfumo!:)))
Many scents/treasures that I currently have/own I probably would never have discovered or even come to LOVE without Parfumo!:))) THANK YOU, THANK YOU PARFUMO!:D

Anyway, I wanted to write a comment/text about a fragrance today, but at first, I was unsure which one to write about...
The fragrance should also be special in my opinion!;D And I came to the conclusion that I would write about my new treasure in my collection, which, in my opinion, really smells special and different from my other treasures that I have:) And MK Starlight Shimmer edp smells almost too different from my current fragrances!:D It may sound to you like I don't like it, but that's not the case! It smells toooooo good to be true!*.* TOO GOOD!*.* I still remember exactly how excited and surprised I was when I tested it for the first time! I was captivated by this scent from the very beginning!*.*
I couldn't stop sniffing my wrist!
It was like a drug:D Because the more the scent developed/unfolded, the more beautiful and magical it became!*.*
The sad news is that the fragrance has unfortunately been discontinued!:((((
But thankfully, I was still able to get a 50ml bottle for a very fair and great price!:) So I was lucky!:)
Now that it is very cold outside, this fragrance is PERFECT! It is a very mysterious, delicious, but also extremely feminine scent!*.*
I love to wear Starlight Shimmer on my scarf, especially when I go for a walk or when I go out occasionally:)

Sooo, since I don't want to keep anyone in suspense, I will start with the scent development:D...

The scent...
Starts very, very sensual!*.*
The vanilla is wonderfully creamy and balsamic at the same time... The rose is the star of the scent development!*.* Pure eroticism and femininity... But also wonderfully dark at the same time!*.*
The rose is laid on a fine bed of vanilla, saffron was sprinkled in small amounts over the rose, and amber gave the whole development a sensual sweet note but also a lot of warmth!*.* Although no vanilla note is listed in the top notes, I can very intensely smell the vanilla in the top note:) I also occasionally detect a lipstick note in the scent development, which I personally find extremely interesting!:)

I personally think you can only like this fragrance if you LOVE smoky scents! I also have to say that I have never smelled such a dark fragrance like this one in such a beautiful way!*.* Somehow, I always think of a vampire when I wear this scent!:D A very pretty vampire lady!:D With long pitch-black hair, poison green eyes, blood-red lips, and of course, smoky eyes!;D I don't really know why I think of a vampire lady... Probably because the scent is so beautifully dark:))))

H+S is very good, lasting about 10 hours on both my clothing and my skin!:)
