White Musk Montale Eau de Parfum

Kleos Musk Series Part 20

When I was still searching for the perfect musk fragrance and because the comments appealed to me, I ordered a sample of this scent from ALzD at that time.

This is a bright, powdery, clean, completely unsweetened musk scent that does not undergo much development. It remains largely as you spray it. I do not detect the indicated flowers, and I actually find that a pity in this case, as a little bit of pep would have done this fragrance good. I perceive it as neither warm nor cool. Unlike many other white musks, this one has no synthetic note, and the longevity is more than remarkable.

Conclusion: Personally, I find White Musk too one-dimensional, but sometimes you might want exactly that. I also think it would be great for layering. It reminds me quite a bit of Muschio Bianco by Tesori d’Oriente, which is available for considerably less money, although it cannot compete with the longevity and has a synthetic note at the beginning. I do not find this Montale fragrance bad at all, but it would not be a candidate for purchase for me.
