Worthy of philosophers and poets
As the brand says, "Tamima is an olfactory allegory to the princess and poet Tamima, wife of the Almoravid sultan Ali ibn Yusuf of Morocco."
Tamima opens really woody and soft-spicy, best described as "herbal-spicy". There's no citrusy brightness here. Eucalyptus gives it a really strong herbal note, and layered with oud and neroli the combining effect is a really serious, mature and even "old-fashioned" perfume. I detect no sweetness, no vanilla, no creaminess. Reviews available online puzzle me: how can anyone classify this fragrance as sweet, vanilla forward or creamy perfume? (Just to add I have a flacon and been using it for some time now, when I'm in the mood. So no testers, no decants, samples...)
Yet, I don't want to say Tamima is a bad fragrance, quite the contrary. It's longevity and sillage are "beast mode", bottle is beautiful and heavy, sprayer great and a cap elegant and solid. Fragrance is more of a fall and winter one, in my case it evokes meditative and reflective mood, pensive state and mature demeanor.
Tamima is dominantly woody, with dusty, herbal and even Iso E nuances. Very elegant, prominent and beautifully composed. But don't be tricked, there's nothing cuddly, sweet or vanilla forward here for you.

Interesting, but not for me
I exchanged for this scent in the souk feature. However, it’s not really my thing. Here on Parfumo, there is no mention of powderiness. But on the Douglas online site, there is. Before I made the deal, I asked my exchange partner if the scent was powdery, as I can't stand/might not like powdery fragrances. He said he felt the same way and that the scent was not powdery. Well… As soon as I removed the cap and smelled the sprayer, a powdery scent crept into my nose. I thought: Oh no, another “blind buy” (in this case, an exchange) that went wrong. When I first sprayed the scent, that thought came back. The opening is, in my opinion, almost entirely powdery. This must be due to the neroli. Underneath, you can immediately sense a certain creaminess that runs through to the end and becomes stronger, while the rest weakens. Especially in the heart note, the eucalyptus becomes very prominent. This, like the powderiness, is probably not quite my thing. However, it is very unique. I have never smelled a fragrance like this before. The longevity is good, or rather strong. The sillage is also good. The bottle is very high-quality and beautifully designed. The white with the gold accents complements each other well. The cap feels very nice and glides wonderfully onto the spray head. An interesting niche fragrance from Moresque in Italy. But it’s not for me.

I’m Rubbing Eucalyptus on My Face
You know, sometimes I sit in front of a comment and stare at a blank "page." Well, in this case, the page is a Word document just waiting for me to hammer away at the keyboard and jot down my fragrance impressions. I could just leave it at that, but then you would be disappointed because you want to read something funny or interesting from me again (e.g., how I run away from wild creatures like women or cuddle with other wild creatures like cats,… argh, why can't it be the other way around? :D).

Don't you realize what kind of pressure I’m under thanks to all of you? And don’t you know how much harder it gets when I have to "struggle" with fragrances I’ve never heard of, making a "mental outpouring" even more difficult?? (uhm… the part about it being difficult refers ONLY to the "mental" outpouring… ahem… :DD).

You are all so terrible! I urgently need a vacation from these cursed fragrances. I’m done… I think I’ll quit… after this comment, you’ll never hear from me again… *sigh*

The Stupid Scent:
It starts with oranges and neroli, just as indicated in the top notes. However, other fragrance notes are already present here as well. Eucalyptus gives it an interesting mix, as eucalyptus and sage are somehow "radiant" fragrance notes, bright, possibly loud and … well, cough-soothing and so on :D
But they blend here with soft, almost powdery notes like cashmeran and vanilla, creating an interesting combination.
In the background, there’s also a slightly biting note that smells a bit burnt; it could be the oud, which smells a bit different when combined, but I’m not so sure about that.
Later on, it continues to smell of eucalyptus and soft, actually even creamy notes, which, as mentioned, is a peculiar combination.
Much later, however, the scent takes on a rather (for me at least) unpleasant direction, as it smells like a mix of cardamom and even coriander. So I don’t really like the later base anymore,… because it smells a bit exhausting to me with the aforementioned notes.

The Sillage and Longevity:
The projection is quite okay, not too weak but also not exactly filling the room, so it should be well perceived from a normal distance.
The longevity is long, meaning it lasts longer than eight hours. However, after a long time, it becomes rather weak and can only be perceived from close up.

The Bottle:
The white bottle is round and looks bloated. On the front, you can see the gold-black emblem or logo of the brand and below it the fragrance name. The gilded neck of the bottle also has the brand name on it. The cap is gilded, has a white surface, and resembles a doorknob. All in all, the bottle has turned out quite well.

Hmm… are you still alive? Or did you get a shock and faint when I wrote earlier that this would be my last comment? Suddenly, I realize that I do have one or two fans here, so I can take pride in that and then think of myself as the greatest :D

Aaaand,… I like narcissistic, extremely self-loving people who think they are the best, but I don’t really, and I just hope you know that I’m just teasing you silly perfume lovers and of course I’m not thinking of leaving here,… someone has to be a trolling spammer who annoys everyone and contributes to eye-rolling becoming a new sport!
Well then… I will continue to strive to delight you… or whatever that’s called :DD

The scent, in any case, is somehow interesting as mentioned. It is soft and creamy on one side (like a kind of eucalyptus cream), but also strong on the other side. I don’t know how to describe it best, but it’s kind of like sucking on a delicious cough drop, the kind that has that creamy liquid inside. It goes down the throat pleasantly, clears the airways, and because of the eucalyptus, you feel like you can breathe better, similar to mint. In any case, the scent is good for summer but could also be used in autumn.

I didn’t really like the base that much, but you might like it much better, so you need to form your own opinion about this scent. Don’t trust everyone who writes something here! Especially not me, mu ha ha ha :DD

Fragrance Protocol
Neroli and orange start dull and without citrus brilliance.
Creamy first impression, followed by something that initially seems synthetic.
Probably the eucalyptus, also cut off from anything ethereal.
After an hour, a gentle amber makes its presence known.
It takes at least that long for the fragrance aura to fully develop.
The bottle is so pretty that it would beautifully adorn any collection.
The company name already reveals the target audience leaning towards the 'Arabian market', which unfortunately may also explain the pricing.
50 ml for €250 is a hefty chunk that, in my opinion, does not correspond to the real value of this beautiful perfume!
From the third hour, I think, Uh-oh, I've smelled this before: It reminds me of "Ambre Gris" by Balmain, from which I parted due to an undefined aversion.
The impression remains sweet-ambery-indeterminate...
After now five hours, the fragrance pulls off a coup!
The sillage increases, an oriental-gentle quality breaks through!
Ha, and then there is finally a tiny foreign disturbance that strengthens the gentle (boring) progression.
Something resinous that vaguely reminds me of birch tar...
Already holding up well for 7 hours! Respect!
And now begins a beautifully flattering phase, which, however, could also be produced by other fragrances.
Vanilla mainly determines the finale, well, and probably cashmeran, which I do not know singularly.
The oud mentioned in the pyramid completely hides itself, in my feeling...

And the conclusion: The fragrance is beautiful, very beautiful - nothing more!
It lacks edges and corners, lacks tension.
The longevity is grandiose and the sillage strong.
Desire to buy? No! At that price, I really hesitate!

This eucalyptus scent smells exactly like the Blue Mountains after a rain shower.
For me, it's pure nostalgia; for others, a cough drop.

Climbing up the mountain. A waterfall refreshes me and beside me, eucalyptus & sage are growing. I’ve arrived in the Orient, invigorated. Exciting.

A combination of spicy-oriental-woody-fresh. Neither fish nor meat - that's exactly what makes the scent so great.
But the price O_O

Warm eucalyptus-sage note on dry, mushroom-infested woods, vanilla rounds it all off. An interesting scent.

Princess Tamima reads a Moroccan poem with eucalyptus breath, infused with sage tea. Cashmeran breasts exude warmth.

Transparent cypriol, rugged orange, mild sage, lots of eucalyptus, gentle vanilla-oud, and on top a hefty dose of cashmeran.

Later on, I find it quite nice, a bit unusual at first. Fine oud with a hint of sweetness.
