A little action in the base isn't a bad thing.

Definitely interesting over time. I like to keep an eye on such rivalries, even if the scent doesn't quite suit me :)

The name "Old School" really says it all ;-) But that doesn't have to be a bad thing.

I recently smelled it and liked it, although I can't remember if it was the perfume or the EdT.

And now say "aldehyde sparkling chypre" 10 times in a row! 🤓

It’s perfect for the warm season... I think it’s great and I once managed to snag a miniature at a flea market.

I would love to test it, just because of the bottle. But your description really appeals to me too.

I think it's safe to say you like vintage chypre.

I prefer my chypres to be modern, but this seems to be one of the great fragrances from the past.

Well, well... when there are already several photos and statements available, I usually just stick to the regular review. I've posted photos here under EdP and EdT... spring is coming... and I can already hear Farouche calling softly 😉

An angelic bottle. Nina's scents have always just missed me. They never suited me. I find moss & musk interpreted in a modern way simply more appealing than vintage ones.

The bottle is a dream, the scent at first was almost too much Chypre for me, aldehydes. Moss/musk becomes more beautiful, softer, creamier the longer it lingers. A creamy amber note adds to that.
