Ricci-Club Nina Ricci 1989 Eau de Toilette

Very helpful Review
Balanced, unobtrusive, and cleanly composed
When it comes to men's fragrances from Nina Ricci, the comments here are really sparse. Strange, actually, because in my memory, the brand wasn't so unknown in the 80s...
"Ricci Club" is a reserved type from the rather floral genre with a classically structured fragrance pyramid. Floral, fresh, fruity, natural, and devoid of any intrusive sweetness. A type of scent that always represented the counterpoint to the "powerhouses" like "Antaeus" in the 80s.
In terms of character, I find it quite comparable to the first men's fragrance from Cerruti, "Nino Cerruti pour Homme," although with less punch and not the same degree of sophistication. I also detect similarities to some classic fragrances from Aramis, such as "Tuscany." By this, I don't necessarily mean olfactory comparability, but rather the relaxed and unexcited mood that these fragrances share.
Regarding availability, what I have already noted about numerous other fragrances from this era holds true: Try to acquire a mini at a reasonable price. The full bottles are then priced in the usual range for rarities (around EUR 70/50 ml).

Good comment. Ricci Club took me several tries to appreciate it, but now I really like it. It's a lovely floral scent. I'm glad I still have 75ml and I'm considering treating myself to another bottle.
