Soma, a fragrance that reminds me of the love of Sora Dora Mandorle

Soma by Noème definitely has parallels to Sora Dora Mandorle for me. I find this absolutely not negative, as I love the Mandorle. Moreover, the two fragrances differ in certain aspects, and both make it beautifully in their own way for me.

Soma starts for me, like the Mandorle, directly with this leathery, sweet note.
The fragrance has this beautiful leather undertone, but never too strong, as the sweet accents completely capture the leather. It fits super well and harmonizes excellently!
I find the leather in Sora Dore to be a tad stronger than here in Soma by Noème.
The sweet impressions come from a wonderful tonka bean absolute note, a bit of vanilla, and cocoa. I also think you can already sense that resinous sweetness from labdanum.

In comparison to the Mandorle, I can also say that I always perceived a slight cherry note at the beginning of the Mandorle, as well as a marzipan-like impression. I do not get these two impressions in Soma.

Over time and also towards the end, it becomes a bit less "spicy." At the beginning, I always had the impression that there was a certain wintry spice present.
Additionally, a sweeter rum touch comes through more and more.
Rum, tonka bean, labdanum, leather, and a bit of cocoa at a friendly gathering where there are no disputes. Everyone gets along wonderfully.

The fragrance is wonderfully unisex and has good longevity and sillage on my skin.
