Tattooed Bartmann I thank you
In Prague I met the vanilla d'Iris eau de parfum (normal variant with 35% oil content) for the first time...
The salesman was a "stocky" middle-aged boy with a blatant full beard and was tattooed all around, a very funny and likeable guy...
He asked me what I liked so much and quickly realized that I am not a "normal case" :-D
He showed me dozens of non fragrances, until he finally held vanilla d'iris under my nose... with the sentence: "that's a masterpice"
Oh... oooohhhhh.... yeah, he's a masterpice, I liked him the first time... tender and yet intense, soft yet very individual... beautiful and still a little scratchy.... yes, I liked it immediately - but the price wasn't that good.... ;-P
The tattooed Bartmann sprayed my jacket sleeve with 4-5 sprays and I left the shop without shopping but fully showered :))
I smelled the whole day after and also on the next day still very clearly...
In the hotel room it even smelled like it all the time, terrific! What a Sillage...!
So to cut a long story short, the day after next I went back to the shop to the tattooed Bartmann and he knew immediately why I was back...
He just asked: small or big one ;-)
Best mood and the tattowietren Bartmann very grateful, so I left the business with a big smile...
The last time I was in London, my first way led to Ormonde Jayne in the store... who's gonna guess...??
Yup I gave myself the full drone and let me immediately fill the big bottle 120ml with 50% oil :-D
I simply love this fragrance mind you, the "normal" edp was present on my jacket for a good 4 days...!
So for some the 50% is probably "too much"....
But I like it when it's "boom", I love it :)
