A Pantheon 2023

A perfume that captured my interest immediately with the first spray. An amazing perfumeria was full of awesome brands but I knew that this is not easy to find. I didn't try this in the paper since it never tells enough about the scent and most of the perfumes smells terrible on the paper. With this one, it would have been catastrophic. I had decided to buy this one and I didn't have so much time so I just sprayed a lot into my arms.

Wow, such an intoxicating, rich, creamy, opulent aroma of Mango and Coconut, both made in the classy, not juicy way. Pepper brings some edge to that heavenly combo. So deep since the first sniff, actually smelling this straight away from the skin almost gives me a headache. Jasmine is joining them but it decides to stay few steps behind the fruits, giving them room to shine longer than just in the opening.

The scent trail is just magic here. It's very seductive and sensual which is not how I normally describe the scent with these fruits. This has been made in a beautiful way, they are not powdery, but somehow soft, matte and fluffy. Iris is not like it is normally, that powdery like, but it does its job in a unique way. The base is blended well, like all of ingredients here. Thanks to Amber and Patchouli, and of course non edible fruits, this stays unisex. Those are not strong, not at all, and can't be separated but there are no clear masculine details nor anything girly either and this is not shiny bright. The union of Vanilla, Musk and Tonka beans is seamless and it's like a soft blanket gently wrapping musk and patchouli inside of it. It never gets sweet nor cloying and Coconut never changes into sunscreen like. The experience during the scents lifetime is luxurious.

This scent is strong - the scent trail is huge and the longevity is great. If I wear it in the evening I can smell it still in the morning and it has changed into cocooning, gentle yet irresistible skin scent. I think most of the people like this scent in cooler weather but it works well in hot and humidity too. The bottle is as luxurious as is the scent itself and the colour of it matches to the scent perfectly. This has some similarities with God of Fire , I will write later about that. Musk and fruity part (Mango,Coconut) are perfectly mixed. Vanilla and tonka bean give the sweet part, but comes after to the nose. Recommended for both men and woman, especially on the summer. Perfect for a dinner or for the nights on holidays. To be a nice, not designer, it is a good choice as something new. Luxurious and a bit misterious.

A di Pantheon Roma is a perfume that is spectacular for others, a bit banal for others. Let's start from the pyramid, it begins with top notes such as coconut, mango and pink pepper and then leaves room for an endless series of flowers and then settles on base notes such as vanilla and tonka bean. one thing must be said, however, there is a big difference between the smell that remains on my hand and the one it leaves when I pass, in fact many people have complimented me on the trail. It must also be said that the perfume remains a bit heavy for my nose throughout its duration and for this reason I recommend using it in the colder seasons. Is it worth the purchase? I can't tell you this, you have to decide for yourself also because we are talking about a fairly high price.
I certainly won't take a whole bottle but I allowed myself a decant.

I really like the A from Pantheon! The brand's most well-known fragrance is probably the Annone, which is also good, but the A actually resonates with me even more.

We get a super beautiful scent for both women and men, which is excellent to wear all year round.

The fragrance manages to combine a certain creamy, fruity freshness with a deeper, slightly darker spiciness.
Especially at the beginning, we primarily get this creamy freshness with fruity undertones. I find this part beautiful!
It even reminds me a little of the Roberto Ugolini Marzocco Extrait.
I also get subtle hints or parallels from the Sãlum Strawberry Pool. Here, of course, without the strawberry.
It smells in A like a small mix of these two fragrances.
At least I personally have these associations.

To describe the Pantheon A more precisely, I would say that we start with a pleasant, creamy coconut that is never too sweet. The coconut note plays with a ripe, but not overripe mango. Furthermore, I somehow have the feeling that there is a slight mix of lime and lemon involved. Probably, it is the mango that is not overripe that creates these impressions.

In the background, I can already sense a certain kind of spiciness.
Spicy, somewhat woody, and slightly "dark".
Over time, this impression becomes significantly more present for me. This "great" initial phase then slowly recedes, and the spicy part takes over, as mentioned.

The base of musk, amber, vanilla, and tonka bean is also clearly noticeable for me later on.

The performance of the fragrance is really good! My skin retains the A for about 8-10 hours. The sillage is also good.

I think this little treasure should definitely be tested. It is definitely worth a try.

The scent was a candidate I wanted to test for a long time, but I couldn't find it anywhere. Honestly, buying it blind was out of the question at that price.

Then I accidentally discovered it in a perfume shop in San Marino and was really happy to finally be able to test it.

I take the bottle in my hand, full of anticipation… and then came the little shock moment:
On my skin, the scent starts off very girly with an artificially sounding mango-gum note. Along with it, there's a creamy coconut that, unfortunately, also comes across as quite synthetic to me.

After a while, a bit of jasmine joins in, which makes the scent slightly softer. In the drydown, I mainly get a lightly spicy note, but nothing that really moves or surprises me emotionally.

I found the longevity and sillage completely okay. Not bad, but at this price, I personally would have expected significantly more.

What I find interesting: Many people here on Parfumo really love this scent. And honestly? It neither makes me angry nor confuses me. I'm more fascinated by how different scent perception can be, and that's what makes this hobby so beautiful.

Conclusion:
For my taste, unfortunately, clearly overpriced. Not a bad scent, but something I personally neither miss nor need to own.
