Attractive Disappointment
Well, to start with, the scent is really great, citrusy, floral, metallic, aquatic.

However, it is only present for a whole 5 minutes, then my nose goes numb, I smell nothing. I know this effect from Paul Smith Men, except that the scent lasts and has a sillage, which Optimistic would like to have.

I really don’t know what to make of it; price-performance-wise it’s okay, but not even 3 hours of longevity, are you serious, Paul?
There’s really no lack of attractiveness here, but the disappointment that it doesn’t last even as long as my cheap Jaguar or Iceberg bottles, no, this is clearly a bad purchase. Stay away from this!!!

Addendum from 18.02.13
I used it today for work, sprayed a total of 12 or 13 times just to see how long it lasts. Well, up to 5 hours and then there was nothing left to smell, I can only admit one thing: it really does smell great.

Addendum July 2013
I thought with these summer temperatures that my good fragrances would run out soon enough, so I had the idea to spray even more of Optimistic, maybe it would last then. So about 20 to 22 sprays in the beard, neck, and nape, about 5 times on the chest, and what can I say, after 10 hours of work I came home, the scent had been on me for 12 hours, and my wife just went, Hmm. This means it only lasts if you annoy everyone around you for the first 15 minutes, yet I really do like this scent a lot.
