Isolda - Cajueiro Phebo 2018

When I sprayed it on, I thought to myself, "Oh God, oh my God, this smells so heavenly beautiful, I just want to keep sniffing it ❤️" and 2 minutes later, the magic was gone, boring fruity uniformity. It does smell good, but the opening raised expectations too high, making an otherwise delicious scent feel dull and disappointing. It's like being on a date where everything is going great, you lean in for a kiss, and you think, "I have to go, what's happening here, it feels like a dog is slobbering on me." After that, the whole mood is ruined for you, and even if it continues and isn't bad in any way, it's just not the same as before after such a high fall in expectations.
Suddenly, there's a harsh cut, and now the perfume smells only mainstream, it could easily be the scent of a women's shampoo.
The orange blossom dominates, which I personally find nice; I generally enjoy (blood) oranges, mandarins, and grapefruits in perfumes. But overall, it is a nice yet boring scent that I would definitely buy if it cost a third of what it does now.
And regarding the fragrance pyramid, I would have also expected something along the lines of mango-passion fruit in the scent. It's not listed above, but maybe it's still in there.
It's nice that it lasts a bit longer than the other 2 Phebo fragrances I have already tested.
