In the Heart of Vanilla

Since I have already written about the brand background for "Lavender Noir," let's get straight to the point; and to the vanilla.

For me, at its heart, Lotus Pollinator is a vanilla scent. Mature, complex, and moderately sweet.
A bit stubbornly medicinal at first, but the green tea flows through more smoothly already. I struggle with any remaining notes. Rose, yes - but from there, I pass. Associations: Sweet, minimally dry-woody, creamy on a rough/smoky layer, delicately fresh-green. And again and again, vanilla.

Projection is not its strength. Friendliness is.
An interesting fragrance that shows character and yet does not clash. I like it.

It sounds "decent," although I personally prefer not to wear pronounced vanilla scents.
