Why didn't I discover it earlier?
Maybe because I'm not a big fan of bags, or perhaps because of the funny movie "The Devil Wears Prada," which somewhat discourages wearing such a perfume.
Maybe also because I thought it would be too powerful and heavy for me.

But neither of those is true.
Prada definitely does not come across as overloaded or too spicy. I don't find it really oriental either.
Because most orientals are just too much for me.
I have to admit that I'm not a big fan of the top note. Because it initially smells a bit chemical, I don't know what kind of scent it is that seems so synthetic - maybe the mimosa? I really don't know how a mimosa smells!
I perceive the scent as very close to the skin and after 15 minutes absolutely soft and lightly spicy.
Almost a bit herbal.
I smell a very pleasant and by no means too sweet vanilla with a woody undertone.
This base really lasts a long time.
Prada is for me a going-out scent and will remain so.
For my job, I don't necessarily find it too strong, but maybe a bit out of place!
