Fresh & Zingy Lime mojito by the beach.
I picked this fragrance up due to a friend asking me to test this out and see what I thought. This was love at first smell. It opens up with this bright, minty, fresh citrus that's just so invigorating and energizing. Reminds me a lot of Versace Eros Energy if you made it fresher and greener.

As the top notes start to settle down the Rosemary starts to become more prominent which gives it this minty, fresh spicy kick. The citrus in this fragrance is no slouch however and actually carries quite well as it goes. The development of this scent is quite linear, what you smell is what you get. I personally don't see that as a bad thing but it definitely is not complex.

For the longevity and sillage, Rasasi doesn't disappoint. I get at least 3 hours of strong projection, and the 4th hour onwards the sillage slowly starts to fade into a personal bubble and is just a faint skin scent by the 8 hour mark.

I've never smelled Torino21 so I can't really compare the two but as a standalone, overall, Hawas verde is definitely a hit. Great pickup for summer.

Hawas Verde, The one I grab without thinking
Hawas Verde is the one I keep coming back to. Out of everything I own, it's the bottle I grab without thinking. It opens green and sharp, crushed leaves, citrus rind, then settles into something more aquatic without going sweet on me. It stays clean and a little cold the whole way through.
Longevity is solid, past six hours easily, and that matters more to me than the smell sometimes. It's a daytime, warm weather fragrance. It's the one I'd hand someone who wants fresh and green and doesn't want to overthink it.

Xerjoff Torino21 for the Budget-Conscious
The Hawas line is now releasing new fragrances almost weekly, making it hard to keep track.
Therefore, I specifically picked out the scents that I personally find exciting.
Just in time for summer, I was finally able to test the Hawas Verde extensively, which has been on my wish list for quite some time.
This is a Torino21 dupe that is definitely very similar to the original.
This seems to have already spread, which is why the perfume is currently hard to come by.

But what exactly does the Hawas Verde smell like?
The opening starts very fruity with a combination of lime and apple, which slightly reminds me of shampoo.
The lime shines particularly strong.
Interestingly, one has the impression of perceiving a distinct mint note, even though this is not listed in the fragrance pyramid online.

In the drydown, I perceive this supposed mint more as rosemary.
In conjunction with lime and apple, it still comes across as a refreshing mint.
Personally, I don't like this note very much, but thematically it fits perfectly with the overall green-fresh orientation of the fragrance.
Even in this phase, lime and apple remain dominant.

Until the end, the Hawas Verde remains a fruity-fresh scent with a slight spiciness.
Lime, apple, and rosemary are consistently prominent, showing that the fragrance does not undergo a significant development.
So, anyone who enjoys the opening will likely like the fragrance overall, as it remains very linear over time.
An absolutely mass-appealing freshness kick, perfect for summer.

The performance is absolutely fine for warm days.
You can smell well-groomed for a solid 8 hours.
The projection is quite decent in the first hour but becomes more moderate afterward and is rather close to the skin from the fourth hour on.

Conclusion: It's definitely worth trying, but it didn't completely convince me personally.
However, anyone who is a big fan of the Torino21 DNA should grab it as soon as the fragrance is available again.
I would have liked a little unique twist in this fragrance profile, but fortunately, I snagged it at a good price.
Anyone generally looking for an uncomplicated freshie should definitely give it a try.

Hawas Verde: First it hits you, then it kisses your hand. (Erst schlägt er dich, dann küsst er dir die Hand.)
Listen carefully, my friend. I'm going to tell you something about this thing here, the Rasasi Hawas Verde. Sit down, grab a drink, but not the one you have in mind.

The thing with Hawas Verde
They say you don't get a second chance to make a first impression. With this fragrance here... well, we had a little dispute at the beginning.

The opening: A slap in the face
When you press this thing for the first time, it's like a raid without warning. It's intense. It's loud. It's almost as if someone is slapping a wet lemon-soaked towel around your ears. But stay calm. Sit down. Count to 180. After exactly three minutes, the smoke clears, the cops leave, and the real deal begins.

The notes: A drink for honorable men
Once the dust settles, this mint comes through. But not cheap chewing gum mint, you know? This is the good stuff. Together with the mojito accord and that sharp citrus note, it feels like you're sitting on the coast of Sicily watching the ships come in. It's fresh. It's green. It's... clean. But... I don't get the much-talked-about green apple here.

The comparison to Torino21
People are talking. They whisper in the dark corners about Torino 21. Yes, that's a nice fragrance, a fine gentleman. But let's be honest: Hawas Verde is the cousin who does the dirty work while the other one plays golf in fine threads. He is similar in spirit, but the Verde has more... presence. He doesn't need to pretend.

The hard facts
He’s not going anywhere. Like a loyal soldier, he stays by your side all day. People will know you're in the room before you've said your first word.

"Keep your friends close, but your perfume even closer. Especially when it lasts as long as this guy here."

My conclusion:
If you survive the first three minutes, and I know you will, you're no beginner after all, then you have a powerhouse here. He's strong, he's long-lasting, and he makes no prisoners. A real thing for someone who knows how to pull the strings.
Capisce?

Hit!!
I never would have believed that I would ever give a Hawas a perfect score.
There have always been some nuances that bothered me, even though the Rasasi line is really top-notch, with a few exceptions!

Long story short -
You get a 90% Torino 21 here for less than a third of the price.

Torino 21 is my undisputed Summer Signature, so I know the original like the back of my hand, but I must admit that Rasasi has done such a good job with Hawas Verde that for most people, the OG will simply become unnecessary.

The few differences, such as the slightly flatter scent profile and the stronger synthetic notes, will simply not concern most users.
The performance is on the same level as the OG, and the refreshing Mojito vibes bring just as much joy in summer!

What else is there to say:
You get the best Torino 21 copy available right now!
A must-have for all fragrance lovers who want to dance at the Torino 21 party next summer!

This is basically 90% similar to Torino21, but with less lemon in the opening. The green accords are also less photorealistic and more soapy

Very nice. Not nearly the mint of Buongiorno or Torino 21, this is honeysuckle sweet floral green. Good value.
