Black Emotion Real Time

As my second bottle, I added Black Emotion to my shopping cart in Venlo. Why not try the scents of the neighbors? Here too, the price is 5.95 euros for 100 ml. Generally, this brand is sold for significantly more. Only here in Germany can you find it in discount stores, which, in my opinion, harms the brand's reputation. One always thinks of cheap fragrances as being overly sweet and heavy scents for teens and perpetual teens. I've had many expensive fragrances that performed poorly compared to cheaper ones.

I didn't test a sample on-site for my companion (and the environment), but relied on the sign next to it, which indicated a similarity to Black Opium. But even the name pointed in that direction.

Black Emotion is quite a strong fragrance, but it is milder than the big sister, making it more wearable.

The opening for me is peppery with a hint of orange blossom. Followed by coffee and jasmine. An unusual combination. It has something. The dry down then reveals vanilla, patchouli, and cedar. Together with the initial notes, it’s almost a copy of Black Opium. But only almost, because I like Black Opium, but it’s too intense for daytime wear. The little sister is weaker, more rounded, and can be worn during the day. But only in winter, please, because even here, it’s enough to fill the whole area with fragrance in the summer months.

The bottle is a bit morbid but appealing. Longevity for me is about 4-5 hours, which is perfectly sufficient.

For fans of Black Opium, it's a good alternative if you want to smell similar but not as intense.
