I don't understand the point of this creation....

4 Rosso is a solid fragrance, we certainly do not have to discuss, but for me this fragrance just does not open up. I know the 17 Rosso well and this has not liked me at all, simply unharmonious the whole thing, but also 4 Rosso strikes exactly in the same notch. Fortunately without this incredibly exhausting saffron and flowers combination (especially rose). Unfortunately, however, this also does not create 4 Rosso for me to make a potential purchase candidate.

Now I would like to explain what this is for me: 4 Rosso contains for me simply just saffron and rose, these are at least the omnipresent notes in 4 Rosso. This combination already exists so often that I have stopped counting. The only thing that makes 4 Rosso stand out minimally is the light smoke, vanilla, caramel and amber notes, but unfortunately these notes don't manage to break free from the rose-saffron stranglehold. Now a few words about the top note: Bergamot and angelica I smell here with the best will not.

Of course, 4 Rosso will also find its fans, because the fragrance is not provocative and also the fewest will overtax, this is also due to the fact that the fragrance is very dimmed. Unfortunately, I find this "being dimmed" a disappointment. The reason for this is simple: I can also buy me a 17 Rosso, which offers more performance for the same price and for me even if I do not like this has more uniqueness than 4 Rosso.

Finally, I would like to say that 4 Rosso is for me a trivial and arbitrary fragrance, which hurts no one, but in return no one really needs. I would buy namely in any case the 17 Rosso and not the 4 Rosso. My taste (dislike) for 17 Rosso is completely irrelevant at this point. It just doesn't make sense to me why this fragrance had to come on the market. I have no problem with the Roberto Ugolini brand, but this fragrance is just solid at most and nothing more.

The similarity to Tuscan Leather Eau de Parfum I also do not really see I find 4 Rosso goes quite clearly in a different direction.

The durability is solid, but much worse than 17 Rosso. After a little over 8 hours, 4 Rosso was already completely gone on my skin. The silage is only perceptible for 2-3 hours over an arm's length and is already completely skin after 5-6 hours, also here 17 Rosso is much stronger.

4 Rosso is by far one of my favorite fragrances.
My brother introduced me to the Roberto Ugolini brand and I looked through all the perfumes they had to offer. 17 Rosso the most famous one sounded interesting but it wasn't what I was looking for. I was looking for a classy winter fragrance. When I read through the reviews and ratings of 4 Rosso I was interested and decided to order a sample straight away. When the sample arrived and I sprayed it on, I was flashed. The scent was not what I had imagined but there was something about it that captivated me. The scent is sweet and you can smell the caramel with the smoke the strongest (in my opinion). Smoky/sweet sounds like a weird combo but it's very classy, masculine and unique which makes it one of my favorites and most used perfumes. It's also a compliment getter and despite the sweetness throughout it's not a headache scent. It is definitely worth a sample to test.

The dry big brother of...?

There I sit again, pondering the meaning of this scent.

Has the known industrial salami struck again, which only slice by slice from a product portfolio always increases the profit of manufacturers and empties the pockets of buyers to their disadvantage?

After the test to Derby, which also already gave me a low blow, I was extremely excited about the new promising creation of the house.
Definitely this appearance is not necessarily my highlight, with the gently smoky prelude that slowly glides into the rose and the musky caramel undertone dahergleitet.

When I'm on the road, be it at work or in leisure, people usually remain standing and smell what you wear so there again, if it comes from the house of Roberto.... Sometimes you are even addressed, but this time yawning emptiness, although I'm certainly not on the road with it on compliments.

I find this fragrance to be a dry adult evolution of Maison Margiela - By the Fireplace. I can not for the life of me answer why, perhaps the smoke paired with the vanilla?

I don't think this one will get waves of laughter from the fan base, as the performance leaves much to be desired. Is this the extrait? Yes .....

If 17 Rosso is too loud for you, try this one, though the scents have little similarity.

And once again the proof that sometimes less in the perfume cabinet can be more after all ;)

The somewhat different everyday fragrance

I can not agree with the previous reviewers and reviewers unfortunately and was already surprised about the polarization of the fragrance, because I have taken him quite positive. Also in my environment, the new release came as more creative and beautiful in comparison to the old Ugolini address, which also coincides with my sensation.
The top note, apart from the smoke, seemed somehow familiar to me, but still can't place it. Reminds me of a fragrance I smelled on a lady once and got stuck, vlt. the angelica note ...or the caramel?!
With the smoke quite masculine and unique and makes the fragrance only really interesting. Heart note is then probably the parallel to 17 Rosso, which one can recognize to 5-10% actually, but it is not so that one could say who likes the one, also likes the other or that one of both is redundant.
It then softens towards the end, with caramel and vanilla setting the tone, although the scent is relatively linear overall.
Wear it can virtually any season, in the fall he feels most comfortable, perhaps already in late summer.
